By accessing and using the CareerChamp.io website and software services (“Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement (“Terms”). If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CareerChamp.io platform operated by Affiliate Headhunter LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of Utah, with its principal place of business at 1782 N Warbler Rd, Salem, Utah.

Affiliate Headhunter LLC provides software services through the CareerChamp.io platform. Our Service includes online access to career-related software tools and features designed to assist users with their professional development and career advancement.

The Service is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5.2 Billing

  • Payment is due in advance for the selected service period
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days’ notice

5.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails, your access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Affiliate Headhunter LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business use.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AFFILIATE HEADHUNTER LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Affiliate Headhunter LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including attorney’s fees).

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of the Terms.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms shall survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Utah County, Utah.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Utah County, Utah.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
